Dots stores! Super cute clothes at extremely reasonable prices! I think the most expensive items are about $20. They have shoes, accessories and underwear too! Check their website to find a store close to you.

i love target’s stuff!!! but then again i noticed that some of their stuff can be expensive… they always have good items on clearance though

Charlette Russe, is really cheap. But it might be a bit too old for you. Express too, and Guess, so stick with Aeropostale, or go shop at outlets.
Sorry, I don’t really shop cheap :/… but when I need something for a cute one time wear, I go to Charlotte Russe. Or something like Forever 21.
Plato’s closet is used brand clothing with really cheap prices. I donate there a lot, and it’s pretty good in there. (Plus, they pay you for the clothes you donate. )

Try out thrift stores.
They have some pretty unique things there, and they’re cheap too.
Everybody wears brand names and stuff, and everybody gets bored of it. Hollister, Abercrombie…ahhh….I’ve never shopped there and I’m glad.

If thrifty isn’t your thing, Forever21, and Charlotte Russe have some really cute clothes and surprisingly affordable(not 60$ for a tee-shirt).
