What is the difference between private and public school?
Next year my family has insisted that I go to a Christian private school,and I wonder what’s the difference and why is there a 400 tuition and only a few 20 bucks for public? Why is PRIVATE SCHOOL so much better?
Well, it’s not like you’ll get better education at the most part, and the teachers graduated the same.
But private school does have its advantages:
1. Private schools charge money so they can do cooler things such as experiments that cost a lot of money.
2. When things break in a private school, they can be replaced easier.
3. In private schools the classes are much smaller due to less people in the school which means it’s easier for the teacher to teach.
4. Usually private schools have a dress code, which sucks.
5. The teachers in private school are so much more strict, like some private schools suspend you for like 3 tardies,
Its basically all about money and what you can do with extra money in a private.
Private schools usually cost more and give a better education than public. Most private schools have a dress code but not all.

Private schools are not funded by the government, whereas the public schools are. Private schools have generally stricter dress codes and rules in which to stick by but have better education. It is more expensive so there would be better facilities etc.

I go to a private school
It isn’t necessarily better. Some private schools are better than some public schools. All private schools are not better than all public schools.
It depends on what you and your family want from your schooling. If they want you to have a Christian-biased education and only to mix with people who have money and don’t want you to meet kids from other cultures and religions, then obviously from your parents’ point of view, private school is better. But of course, that wouldn’t be everyone’s idea of a good school.
