What percentage of public schools have this in their core curriculum?

What percentage of public schools in the states have foreign language as part of their core curriculum? If you know the stats for elementary schools that would be even better, but just that stats for public schools in general would do.

it depends how much influence the language have in the area or the region, and how much beneficial the language is for the growth and development.
