Does it matter if the Secondary School Report and Teacher rec’s are submitted after the deadline?

My applications were all submitted right before the deadlines, which range from 1/1/2010 to 1/4/2010. However, my school will not be able to submit my Secondary School report until they open up on the 4th. Will my schools hold this against me? I applied to Brown, Chicago, Virginia, Hopkins, Cornell and Dartmouth.

If your application is in, the part you are personally responsible for, then you should be OK.
You’re high school grades from this past semester may not even be in yet.
