What countries teach english in secondary school?
I need to know what countries are teaching English in their secondary or high school so the learners speak fluently?
Most of Europe and some Asia. I’m not sure about Africa or MidEast.

Being from another country originally, I can tell you that pretty much every country in the world with a real school system is teaching English to their student in some basic form, unfortunaltely just like here with Spanish and French, it is not nearly enough to learn the language fluently. The only real way to learn a language fluently is to be exposed to native speakers on a daily basis, or basically live in the country that speaks said language. The quickest way to learn is to have no other choice.

Most countries have private schools that teach English as a second language. Here in Mexico there are plenty. Their students all pass the TOEFL (Test Of English as a Foreign Language). But the ASF (American School Foundation) Has facilities almost in every country cause they know american citizens can work overseas and they waht their chikdren to be educated under an American system and with ther language. Check the Internet for American School Foundation…and you will be surprised!
